Your Roadmap to Georgia

Securing a medical seat in Georgia is entirely merit-based and straightforward, provided you have the right guidance. Unlike India, there are no confusing counseling rounds or hidden donations. Here is the step-by-step admission process for the 2026-27 intake.

Step 1: Consultation & University Selection

The first step is evaluating your profile. During a free counseling session with Nile Education, we analyze your 12th marks, NEET score, and budget to select the best university (e.g., TSMU, SEU, or Batumi Shota Rustaveli).

Step 2: Document Submission

You need to submit scanned copies of your 10th and 12th mark sheets, NEET scorecard, and a valid passport. Nile Education translates and notarizes these documents into the Georgian language, a mandatory requirement by the Georgian government.

Step 3: Online Interview / Video Assessment

Most top universities conduct a brief online video interview. This is not a technical medical exam; it is simply to assess your English language proficiency and basic communication skills to ensure you can cope with the English-medium curriculum.

Step 4: Offer Letter & EQE Approval

Once you clear the interview, the university issues a Conditional Offer Letter. Simultaneously, your documents are sent to the National Center for Educational Quality Enhancement (NCEQE) in Georgia. The NCEQE verifies your credentials and grants the final decree allowing the university to enroll you as an international student.

Step 5: Payment of Tuition Fees

After NCEQE approval, you will receive the final unconditional admission letter. At this stage, you must transfer the first-year tuition fee directly to the university’s official bank account.

Step 6: Visa Application

With the admission letter and fee receipt, Nile Education processes your Type D3 Student Visa application at the VFS Global center or Georgian Embassy in New Delhi.

Step 7: Departure

Pack your bags! Nile Education organizes group departures, ensuring you travel safely with fellow Indian students. Upon landing in Tbilisi or Batumi, our local representatives will receive you at the airport and assist with hostel allocation.
