Established in 1963 in Kalaburagi, Mahadevappa Rampure Medical College (MRMC) is one of India's pioneering private medical institutions and the second private college in the country to be recognized by the Medical Council of India (MCI).
Initially affiliated with Gulbarga University, it now operates under Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences (RGUHS), Bengaluru. Spread across an 11-acre campus, MRMC offers 150 MBBS seats annually and MD/MS programs in 19 specializations.
