Named after eminent economist & Ex-Central Government Minister, Honorable Late Shri N.K.P. Salve
Established in 1990, initially at Sitabuldi and later shifted to Digdoh Hills, Hingna Road, the institute carries forward the vision of Hon. Late Shri N.K.P. Salve with a commitment to "Health for All". Over the years, under the leadership of Hon. Chairman Shri Ranjeet Deshmukh, Founder Shri Bhau Saheb Bhoge, Working Chairman Dr. Ashish Deshmukh, Project Director Late Shri Dilip Bhagde and Dean Dr. Kajal Mitra, the institute has grown into a premier centre of medical education and healthcare in central India.
